Aparte de la mascarilla en muchos espacios y como un elemento m\u00e1s del neceser de viaje. \u00a1El mundo del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/3ipuntweb-dev.host3ip.eu\/es\/moodle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>eLearning<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien es cierto que el <strong>mundo online<\/strong> (con todo lo que conlleva) ya estaba de subida, el coronavirus le ha dado una vuelta de 180 \u200b\u200bgrados a la tecnolog\u00eda educativa. Nos ha hecho reinventarnos: hemos cambiado la forma de socializar, la manera de trabajar y la manera de acceder al aprendizaje. Gran parte de estos tres pilares de nuestras vidas han pasado a ser a trav\u00e9s de una <\/span><b>pantalla<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gran mayor\u00eda de empresas tuvieron que ponerse las pilas, y capacitar a todos sus trabajadores de las herramientas necesarias. Estos cambios requieren un acompa\u00f1amiento por parte de la instituci\u00f3n, as\u00ed pues, el mundo de la <\/span><b>formaci\u00f3n empresarial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tuvo que escalar al mismo ritmo. Y en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, s\u00f3lo pod\u00eda ser de una forma:<\/span><b> Online<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aprendizaje electr\u00f3nico en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, se ha convertido en el <\/span><b>campo educativo m\u00e1s innovador con un impulso creciente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, capaz de adaptarse de forma m\u00e1s flexible a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas. Los sistemas SaaS de muchas instituciones educativas se han visto abrumados por el crecimiento exponencial de la demanda o el aumento del consumo personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el mundo profesional y en el mundo personal se han ido rompiendo todos los clich\u00e9s que hasta el momento exist\u00edan sobre la educaci\u00f3n: No tengo tiempo, no tengo dinero, es poco asequible, no es una titulaci\u00f3n oficial&#8230; y un largo etc\u00e9tera. Desde el sof\u00e1 de su casa han visto c\u00f3mo se puede acceder a la informaci\u00f3n de una manera \u00e1gil, atractiva, r\u00e1pida, bastante econ\u00f3mica o incluso, gratuita. \u00a1Y solo haciendo un clic!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El conocimiento ya no tiene \u00abdue\u00f1os\u00bb. Es libre y nos hace libres. <\/span><b>Podemos formarnos cu\u00e1ndo, c\u00f3mo y d\u00f3nde queramos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Tenemos un amplio abanico de posibilidades: Webinars, tutoriales de YouTube, cursos, especializaciones&#8230; Pr\u00e1cticamente tenemos formaciones a medida para <\/span><b>cubrir nuestras necesidades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre tod@s estamos <\/span><b>transformando el mundo de la formaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pero no s\u00f3lo hace falta aprovechar esta tendencia, sino encajarla de forma natural en el mundo educativo. El aprendizaje h\u00edbrido es el futuro, y tiene que vivir y convivir en sinton\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, no nos podemos olvidar de la <strong>pedagog\u00eda<\/strong> que se tiene que hacer para romper las barreras generacionales. Falta (in)formaci\u00f3n para acceder a la formaci\u00f3n. Se tienen que romper despacio las desigualdades digitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y tampoco podemos olvidarnos del problema que comporta el hecho que no todo el mundo tiene al alcance la tecnolog\u00eda y los recursos necesarios, a pesar de que parezca imposible en pleno siglo XXI. Esta asignatura est\u00e1 suspendida, tienen que cambiar muchas sinergias para que no sea un lujo y queda mucho trabajo para hacer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La educaci\u00f3n debe ser accesible o no ser.
