Uno de nuestros m\u00e1s recientes casos de \u00e9xito es la colaboraci\u00f3n con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cofgi.org\/\">Colegio de Farmac\u00e9uticos de Girona<\/a><strong> (COFGi)<\/strong>, una entidad que agrupa a los farmac\u00e9uticos de las comarcas de Girona y vela por la correcta actuaci\u00f3n profesional de sus colegiados, garantizando un servicio de calidad a la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"El_desafio_formacion_para_farmaceuticos_de_farmacia_comunitaria\"><\/span>El desaf\u00edo: formaci\u00f3n para farmac\u00e9uticos de farmacia comunitaria<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El COFGi identific\u00f3 la <strong>necesidad de transformar la formaci\u00f3n presencial teorico-pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>, de la cual dispon\u00edan, por una exclusivamente en l\u00ednea. Esta formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica proporciona a farmac\u00e9uticos de farmacia comunitaria la metodolog\u00eda para el correcto desarrollo de un servicio de Seguimiento Farmacoterap\u00e9utico con Sistemas Personalizados de Dosificaci\u00f3n (SPD) a personas polimedicadas con tratamiento cr\u00f3nico que tienen dificultades a seguir su tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este servicio no solo implica la dispensaci\u00f3n de medicamentos, sino tambi\u00e9n la evaluaci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de los tratamientos.
